Exchange and Return Policy:
* Product categories such as bed linen and bedding are not eligible for return or exchange in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 19.03.1994 No. 172.
* If necessary, you can refuse to accept the package directly at the post office or upon receipt from the courier if the product does not meet your expectations. In such cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The product must be in its original condition, with all tags and labels intact; otherwise, we will be unable to accept the return. Custom-made products are not eligible for return.
* In the event of a wrong delivery of a different model than ordered or a defective item, you can request a return within 14 days. The return shipping and reshipment costs will be covered by Tkach.
* If a similar product is not available for exchange at the time, you have the option to choose any other products, receive a refund for the returned item, or replace the product with a similar one as soon as it becomes available for sale.
* In case of packaging damage during transportation, it is necessary to file a damage report/protocol directly at the post office or upon receipt from the courier.
